Gluten Free Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

Stir fry is a quick and easy midweek meal, that’s also a brilliant way of getting some greens into your kids! You can pretty much throw any vegetables that you like into a stir fry, but we think broccoli and chicken go really well together, served with rice.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Slice up the chicken breasts and place in a bowl with the soy sauce.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan on a high heat, and add the garlic. Stir briefly then fry off the chicken to get some colour on it, before adding in the broccoli, mushrooms, spring onions and chilli.
3. Fry all together until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
4. Serve with rice and enjoy all together!
