Roasted chicken wings are naturally gluten free and make a wonderful snack, or main meal when paired with a tasty side.
- 10 chicken wings
- Salt, pepper
- Olive oil
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Season the chicken wings well with salt and pepper, then place in a baking tray.
2. Drizzle the chicken wings well with olive oil and pop in the oven for 40 minutes, until the skin has crisped up.
3. Serve with a gluten free dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy as a snack
