Gluten Free Homemade Strawberry Ice Lollies

What's better on a hot summer day, than a homemade strawberry ice lolly? Nothing! 


  • 2 punnets of fresh strawberries, sliced and green bits chopped off
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Juice of half a lime


  1. Tip the strawberries into a large bowl with the sugar and leave to sit for about 20 minutes so that the juice starts to seep out of them.

  2. Using a blender, whizz up the strawberries with the lime juice until nice and smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into your moulds and add the handle sticks before placing into the freezer, for 5 hours minimum but overnight is best.

  4. Enjoy on a hot day in the garden to cool the kids down!
