Melted Chocolate Fondue with Mixed Fruit

The family will absolutely love this gluten free chocolate fondue dessert. It’s a super fun sharing pudding where everyone can dunk their favourite pieces of fruit into a gooey molten pot of delicious chocolate.
- 300g dark gluten free chocolate, broken into pieces
- 200ml double cream
- 250ml milk
- 75g unsalted butter
- Variety of fruit, chopped - strawberries, raspberries, apple, banana, kiwi and orange make great dippers!
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Heat a saucepan with boiling water in and carefully place a glass bowl on top. Don’t let the bottom of the bowl touch the water.
Break the chocolate into the bowl and add the milk, butter and cream and stir.
Heat gently and stir occasionally until the mixture starts the melt and becomes lovely and smooth.
Chop up the fruit and place on the table before really carefully removing the bowl from the heat and transferring the chocolate mixture into a fondue dish which can hold a candle underneath to keep the mixture melted.
Place on the table and start dipping the fruit into the chocolate and enjoy!
